WHITE LAI PEV Series jaw crushers are most commonly used as primary crushers, to make the first step of size reduction. In some cases the jaw crushers is used to produce final end product but in most cases the jaw crusher is used to prepare the feed for the secondary crusher in a crushing and screening process.

Made of steel plate and heat treatment after welding to provide rigid and strong construction.

The jaw plates & cheek plates are made of high manganese casting which has a long wear life.

Full hydraulic system for gap settings quickly and easily.

4．SWING JAW

Swing jaw is made of casting steel which offers a good solution to vibration.

5．MAIN SHAFT

The main shaft is made of nickel chromium molybdenum alloy steel to absorb impact energy.

6．MAIN BEARINGS

Spherical roller bearing to take heavy load and increase service life. The bearing is lubricated by oil bathe. This system provides easy maintenance and operation.

7．FLYWHEEL

Both flywheels are made of iron casting and counterbalanced to limit vibration. A tapered shaft allows easy removal of flywheels.

8．TOGGLE PLATE & TOGGLE SEATS
