1．IDLER ROLLERS

Idler rollers and return idler rollers are best quality (our rollers have usually life time of 50,000 to 70,000 hours).With multiple labyrinth sealing system (dust and splash water proof!) All roller stations built in QUARRY + MINING design, incl. clamp plates + return brackets, all galvanized..

2．DRUMS

Drums made according to European technology design. All drive drums with 10 mm rubber coating. Industrial manufacturing. All drums are calibrated.

3．BEARINGS

Bearings, complete with plumber block, sleeves and seals are either from FAG, SKF, TIMKEN or similar – we have OEM supply agreement with major bearing manufacturer.

4．VARIABLE PITCH IDLER

The variable pitch idler’s outside rollers are adjustable from 5 to 35 degrees to meet numerous troughing angle requirements

5．PROTECTION FOR TRANSITION ZONES

Superior’s Impact Beds are designed with energy absorbing, rugged impact bars that protect belts against falling material.

7．SEALING FOR TRANSITION ZONES

TSealing System helps eliminate belt sag and creates tight seals between the hopper skirting and belting.

WHITE LAI offers a line pre-engineered base and combination drives. Engineered solutions are available and built to customer specifications. Drives are fabricated and welded with heavy duty applications in mind. Combination drives feature discharge, take-up and drive pulley All drives are built to be easily installed and easily moved.

4．Core System Designs

To make maintenance easy in various types of set-up, the blow bars can be changed either vertically or horizontally. On a machine, the parts do not wear out at the same rate. Here, they are interchangeable in order, again, to minimize the cost of maintenance.
